Chengu
The ground dragnet is called 'Chengu' in Taiwanese, is a traditional technique for fishing, it uses the help of the sea tide to catch fishes. During the time of high tide, place the net in the sea by boat, then when the tide is getting lower, fishes will be traped in the net, and then 40 paople cooperate together to pull the edge of the net from the beach. People can fell the fun working as a group and to experience the traditional fishing technique, but also enjoy the happiness and satisfaction of catching large amount of fishes, which is the biggest sperit and fun of Chengu. However, do not think it is an easy job, besides experiencing the fun of pull net, it is also another best way to training the body.
