Garlic fish slices

 Ingredients: garlic, soy sauce paste, soy sauce, caster sugar, parsley, slices of trout fish
Method: Coat the sliced trout fish with starch powder, cooks in boiled water, then top with garlic paste and sprinkle the chopped parsley.
