Braise trout fish in brown sauce


From:Hsinchu Fishermen's Association  Location:Taiwan

Ingredients: ginger, Chinese basil, chili, ham, onion
Seasoning: Chinese oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, pepper powder
Method:
Deep fry the trout fish until cooked and place it in a dish. Cook the spring onion, ginger with high heat and then add in the seasoning. Pour the cooked sauce on the fish and its ready to serve.
