Curry fish


From:Hsinchu Fishermen's Association  Location:Taiwan

Ingredients: curry powder, green pepper, onion, trout slices
Seasoning: sugar, salt, pepper powder, cooking wine
Method:
1.Deep fry the trout slices and then set it aside.
2.Use high heat to cook onion and green pepper, and then add in the curry powder. At last, place the fish slices in and stir fry then its ready to serve.
