Each year April ~ June is the main season of bluefine tuna. From head to tail, every part of bluefine tuna are precious, high nutrition values, prices depends on place of the part on bluefin. The most expensive part is from branchia to its stomach, which the meat is soft with fish oil, appears as peal pink color, and of course is the most delicious part. The second delicious part is from the middle of the stomach to the tail, less oil and more strength.
